Refund Policy
This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through Crystal's Crew Jewellers. Under this policy:
i. Crystal's Crew Jewellers does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
ii. In the case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 days of receiving the product. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
iii. In the case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
vi. In the case of any refunds approved by Crystal's Crew Jewellers, it will take 5 days for the refund to be processed to you.
v. We will issue the refund by upi/original mode of payment
Return Policy
- We offer a 5-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Return shipping costs of ₹60 to ₹100 will be deducted from your refund, depending on your local area.
