Crystal’s Crew Jewellers Return Policy

Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to provide clear guidelines for customers on the return process for products purchased from Crystal’s Crew Jewellers. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient operations.
Scope:
This policy applies to all customers who purchase products from Crystal’s Crew Jewellers through any of our sales channels.
Definitions:
- Return: The process of sending a purchased item back to Crystal’s Crew Jewellers for a refund or exchange.
- Refund: The repayment of the purchase price to the customer after a return is processed.
- Exchange: The replacement of a returned item with another item from Crystal’s Crew Jewellers.
Policy Statement:
Crystal’s Crew Jewellers is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Procedures:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Initiating a Return:
- Contact our Customer Service team at Mr.crew@crystalscrew.com or call us at 7014218177 between 12:00pm to 6:00pm within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- A return shipping fee of ₹60 to ₹100 will be deducted from your refund, depending on your area( Local, Zonal or National).
- Crystal’s Crew Jewellers will share the tracking id as well so that you can track your return.
- Processing Returns:
- Upon receipt of the returned item, Crystal’s Crew Jewellers will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the return.
- Exchanges will be processed and the replacement item will be shipped within 7 business days of receipt of the return.
Responsibilities:
- Customers: Ensure returned items meet eligibility criteria and are shipped back within the specified return period.
- Crystal’s Crew Jewellers: Provide assistance with return inquiries, process returns promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Compliance:
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the return being denied. Crystal’s Crew Jewellers reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Exceptions:
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
Review Process:
This policy will be reviewed annually by the Customer Service department to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
